Knowledge Transfer Ireland website launch
28th May 2014. A new service called Knowledge Transfer Ireland has just been launched by Ministers Richard Bruton and Sean Sherlock at the
Convention Centre in Dublin. The first and only service of itâs kind in Europe, Knowledge Transfer Ireland allows companies the opportunity to search
research talent, knowledge and technologies from across 19 institutions across Ireland. The academic expert search is powered by Aficionado and gives
access to over 5000 research experts.
Information overload hinders the decision making process and that means that useful data goes unused and opportunities are lost.
Technology
We utilise techniques from the areas of AI and Information Retrieval, such as machine learning, NLP, data mining and modelling to make sense of this data.
Conversion
Our algorithms extract, aggregate, sort, rank and infer useful structures from the data and model it in appropriate data structures.
Services
We build amazing applications with interactive and intuitive interfaces that harness the new data structures to produce an array of versatile solutions.
